Biography
Dr. Gianmarco Angelini is a cardiologist at the Clinical, Interventional, and Coronary Intensive Care Unit (UTIC) of IRCCS Policlinico San Donato in Milan. He also collaborates with Smart Clinic.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Siena in 2016. In 2021, he specialized in Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Bari.
During his final year of specialization, he was a fellow in Cardiovascular Imaging at the Cardiocentro Ticino Institute in Lugano, and later, he furthered his training in cardiac intensive care at the Manzoni Hospital in Lecco.
Dr. Angelini manages patients with:
- Ischemic heart disease
- Valvular heart disease
- Acute and chronic heart failure
- Arrhythmias and valvular diseases.
He performs first and second-level echocardiography, including:
- Transesophageal echocardiography
- Stress echocardiography
- Transcranial Doppler
