Massimo Soresina
Biography
Dr. Massimo Soresina is a Plastic Surgeon at Casa di Cura La Madonnina, where he specializes in the surgical treatment of Lymphedema.
After graduating in Medicine and Surgery in 2003 from the University of Milan, five years later he specialized in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery at the same university.
In 2006, he attended the "D.I.U. de Techniques Microchirurgicales" at the Université Henri Poincaré, Faculté de Médecine de Nancy (France), followed in 2008 by the "Cours d’Anatomie Chirurgicale des Lembeaux, D.U. d’Anatomie Chirurgicale des Lembeaux" and the Laboratoire d’Anatomie Médico-Chirurgicale, Université Victor Segalen, Faculté de Médecine Hyacinthe Vincent, Bordeaux (France).
In 2017, he worked alongside Dr. C. Becker in Paris in her work regarding Lymphedema Surgery, with particular interest in Lymph Node Transplant and ancillary procedures.
In 2018, he co-founded the Lymphedema Center with Dr. Pierdenisa Giardini and Dr. Andrea Menozzi, a center specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of primary and secondary lymphedema, within Casa di Cura La Madonnina (www.centrolinfedema.it).
In 2020, he co-founded the Ortoplastica Center with Dr. Andrea Menozzi and Dr. Logoluso, a center specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of Osteomyelitis and Prosthetic Infections, within Casa di Cura La Madonnina.
Currently, Dr. Soresina is also a Medical Director at the U.O.C. of Plastic Surgery at ASST Fatebenefratelli Sacco in Milan.
