Dania Gambini

Biographie

Dr. Dania Gambini is a gynecologist at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit of IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele, directed by Prof. Massimo Candiani.

In 2002, she graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University. In 2004, she attended the Krankenhaus Nordwest in Frankfurt am Main (under Prof. Eberhard Merz), a tertiary referral center for obstetric and gynecological ultrasound, including 3D-4D imaging. In 2007, she completed her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University with a score of 70/70 cum laude.

She is accredited by the Fetal Medicine Foundation for first-trimester prenatal screening.

Since 2008, she has collaborated with Prof. Alessandra Graziottin and the “Fondazione Alessandra Graziottin per la cura del dolore nella donna” in managing and treating patients with vulvodynia and recurrent cystitis.

Currently, she focuses on obstetric-gynecological ultrasounds (3D-4D), the management of physiological and pathological pregnancies, treatment of patients with vulvodynia and recurrent cystitis, including pelvic floor rehabilitation. She also addresses menopause and related symptom therapies.

She is the author/co-author of several publications, including articles and chapters in scientific books.
