Rosanna Rovelli

Dr. Rosanna Rovelli is a Pediatrician at the Pediatric and Neonatology Unit of IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele, led by Dr. Graziano Barera.

She graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery in 1994 from the University of Milan, where she also specialized, again with honors, first in Pediatrics in 1998 and then in Neonatology and Neonatal Pathology in 2000.

Dr. Rovelli is the Head of the Neonatology and Neonatal Pathology Functional Unit and specializes in central vascular access for critically ill full-term and preterm newborns, endotracheal intubation, conventional and oscillatory mechanical ventilation, and pneumothorax drainage.

In terms of clinical research, she coordinates neonatal clinical research activities in endocrinology and neurology and manages research in pediatric allergy.

She regularly participates in national and international conferences in her field.
