Biografie
Dr. Pierpaolo Corbetta is the Head of the Specialized Rehabilitation Unit and Ambulatory Service at Istituti Clinici Zucchi in Monza.
His educational journey began in 2010 when he earned his Master's Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan with a thesis titled "Role of Proprioceptive Reeducation in the Aftermath of Ankle Sprains in Professional Basketball Players."
In 2016, he completed his specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Milan-Bicocca, with a specialization thesis titled “Ambulatory Training Using Anti-Gravity Treadmill in Patients Recently Undergoing Total Knee Replacement: Evaluation of Rehabilitative Efficacy and Comparison with Traditional Treatments.”
In the same year, he also obtained a second-level Master’s degree in Oxygen and Ozone Therapy from the University of Integrated Medicine, Economics, and Research (UNIMEIER).
Dr. Corbetta's work focuses on the clinical and rehabilitative management of musculoskeletal and locomotive system disorders, including degenerative, inflammatory, and post-traumatic conditions. He also addresses disabilities resulting from surgical interventions or neurological issues and is skilled in physical therapies, shockwave therapy, and infiltrative treatments.
In addition to his inpatient clinical duties, Dr. Corbetta performs the following ambulatory services:
