马尔科·巴奇加鲁皮博士是由马西莫·菲利皮教授领导的神经学科的神经科医生,并且是神经免疫学科的研究员。
他于2004年在米兰的Vita-Salute San Raffaele大学获得医学与外科学位。2009年,他在同一大学完成了神经学专业的学习,并于2013年获得分子医学、实验神经学博士学位。
巴奇加鲁皮博士主要研究缺血性中风,特别关注大脑缺血修复机制的理解以及炎症在老年人中风中的作用。
