Biografie
Dr. Enrico Criscione is a Cardiologist at the Clinical, Interventional, and Coronary Intensive Care Unit (UTIC) of IRCCS Policlinico San Donato.
He graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Catania in 2016. Subsequently, he completed his specialization in Cardiovascular Diseases at the same university, achieving top marks (70/70 cum laude) in January 2022.
In 2023, he further enhanced his qualifications with a Second-Level Master’s degree in Interventional Cardiology from Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele.
Currently, Dr. Criscione works as a Clinical Cardiologist and Hemodynamic Specialist at Policlinico San Donato, actively contributing to Clinical Cardiology and Hemodynamics.
His responsibilities include managing coronary and structural diagnostic and interventional procedures, with a particular focus on degenerative aortic valve disease. He also deals with various aspects of clinical cardiology, including coronary intensive care, outpatient services, echocardiography, ergometric tests, and Holter electrocardiography.
Dr. Criscione’s professional development includes a specialization pathway where he served as a fellow in interventional cardiology, concentrating on coronary pathology and aortic valve disease.
