Dr. Andrea Cossu is a Digestive System Surgeon at the Gastrointestinal Surgery Unit of the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele in Milan, led by Professor Riccardo Rosati.
He obtained his degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2009 from the University of Cagliari and specialized in Digestive System Surgery in 2015 at the same university.
Dr. Cossu performs operative and diagnostic surgeries for esophageal, gastric, colorectal, and peritoneal diseases, with a preference for minimally invasive approaches.
He is the author and co-author of numerous publications in specialized scientific journals and actively participates in national and international congresses in the field of esophageal-gastric and colorectal pathology, contributing to the group's research and advancements.
