Davide Marchetti

Dr. Davide Marchetti is an assistant cardiologist in the University Cardiology Unit at IRCCS Galeazzi - Sant’Ambrogio Hospital.

He graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan in 2017, where he also completed his specialization in Cardiovascular Diseases in 2022, again with top marks. Additionally, he completed a fellowship at the Monzino Cardiology Center under the guidance of Prof. Daniele Andreini, gaining expertise in advanced cardiac imaging, valvular diseases, myocardial-pericardial disorders, and sports cardiology.

Dr. Marchetti conducts clinical activities and cardiac imaging in the ward and advanced diagnostic services, including cardiovascular CT, cardiac MRI, and both two-dimensional and three-dimensional transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography.

He is a member of the ESC Working Group on Myocardial and Pericardial Diseases and a Review Editor for *Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine* (IF 5.8).

Co-author of several scientific publications, he regularly participates in sector conferences, often providing organizational support.
